I'm me 100 Interesting Things about Me (117% Complete) I'm 6'5" I love my wife I love God I love my kids Green is a cool color Internet stuff is crazy I struggle with issues just like everybody else! If you think you don't struggle with issues - your issues are worse than mine. My real name is Todd Charske I'm a christian but still make mistakes I have a 3 year old daughter I have a 5 year old son I live in Kettering, Ohio I lived in Pittsburg, PA I lived in Boston, MA I lived in Chicago, IL I lived in Cincinnati I lived in Morgantown, WV I lived in Ashland KY I was born in Kettering Ohio and came back home after living all these places There's no place like home I guess. Ohio State Rocks A flee can jump over 100 times the height of its body T.V. is a waste of time! I do watch sports on t.v., is that a waste of time? I went 9 months without watching T.V. My parents think I'm out of touch with the world and tell me the news once a week. I don't care much about the news 95% of it is BAD news My real name is Todd Charske I believe movies stars are for the most part bad role models I have and old English mastiff My dog is almost 200 lbs I'm 6'5" my wife is 5'2" Life is what you make of it People that name their kids the same name as themselves are setting both themselves and their kids up for failure. I worked looking with credit reports for most of my working career and the Jr. Sr. thing always screws up someone's credit. I used to be able to dunk a basketball but don't think I could anymore (haven't really tried for awhile). My baby girl is 3 years old and the cutest thing on the earth My son is 5 years old and he rocks! I love both my Mom and my Dad not just my Mom. I often wonder why people don't say "Hi Dad" on T.V. instead of "Hi Mom" Boxers not Briefs! I haven't drank or otherwise clouded my brain since 2002. My Dad was an Olypic Official in L.A. I high jumped 6'6" in highschool I ran a sub 50 second quarter mile in high school I think people that use the church for their own benefit are worse than people that don't even go to church. Most church goers have no idea what a relationship with Christ is and that's sad. Did I mention I love my wife? 100 things about myself is alot Most people (including me) could tell you 100 things about everybody else but when it comes to talking about myself 100 things is hard to come up with. I worked for PPG Industries I worked for Cabot Corp I work for Fidelity Mortgage I worked for Kemper Mortgage (Financial) I worked for Pro Copy Technologies I worked for Yellow Book U.S.A. I worked for Mcdonalds (as a 16 year old) I worked for Ryan's Steak house waiting tables in college. I worked loading tires on a semi-truck in high school. I worked for Anderson Security as a security guard I worked too many different places I worked for Valley Real Estate Services I worked for Park Realtors I worked for Max One Real Estate, LLC I worked self-employed most of my career. Teddy Grahams aren't just for kids Beanbags should be mandatory in the office place for meetings. I hate ties - why would anyone want to put a noose around your neck. I believe you can create an experiment to prove anyting causes cancer and that same thing is good for you I have a Chemical Engineering degree from Ohio State Universary I went to the real Miami Universary (of Ohio) for 2 years before transfering to OSU. Beavis and Butthead were funny deal with it. Power Tools are cool! I have a truck I bought for $500. My truck is a 1972 Chevy. I have an Oldsmobile Alero I bought for much more than $500. I choose to be in a good mood most of the times When I choose to not be in a good mood the next day I wonder why I made that choice. Recentely lawyers have made the good moods hard to come by. I have now decided the Lawyers aren't worth my time worrying about - I'm Todd Charske and I'm going to ENJOY LIFE! I'm in sales I'm a student of the sales pitch. Sales is a numbers game for the most part. The harder you work the more you sell. Real Estate has a bad stigma because there's too many part timers not doing their job correctly. I spend 3 hours a day soliciting and calling prospective buyers for the houses that are listed with the company I market for. I have hired 3 full time people to call just to solicite buyers for the houses we list. How many part time Real Estate Agents do you know that do that much for their listings. No wonder 50% of the listings in my market expire before they sell. Sad really how people put their biggest asset (house) into the hands of someone working part time! I guess my pet peeve (sp?) is the people that drag down the reputation of the real estate business! My mortgage background (7 years in the business) has taught me more about real estate then I think I'll ever learn working with real estate agents. That's why I work as the marketing director not as an agent but the company I work with has many top agents so I can't complain! Why Why Why? Always ask this! Enjoy Life live by this! ONE Give people more than they expect and do it cheerfully. TWO. Marry a man/woman you love to talk to. As you get older, their conversational skills will be as important as any other. THREE. Don't believe all you hear, spend all you have or sleep all you want. FOUR. When you say, "I love you," mean it. FIVE. When you say, "I'm sorry," look the person in the eye. SIX. Be engaged at least six months before you get married. SEVEN. Believe in love at first sight. EIGHT. Never laugh at anyone's dream. People who don't have dreams don't have much. NINE. Love deeply and passionately. You might get hurt but it's the only way to live life completely. TEN.. In disagreements, fight fairly No name calling. ELEVEN. Don't judge people by their relatives. TWELVE. Talk slowly but think quickly. THIRTEEN. When someone asks you a question you don't want to answer, smile and ask, "Why do you want to know?" Todd Charske FOURTEEN. Don't let a little dispute injure a great friendship. NINETEEN. When you realize you've made a mistake, take immediate steps to correct it. Todd Charske TWENTY. Smile when picking up the phone. The caller will hear it in your voice. Todd Charske TWENTY-ONE. Spend some time alone.
